Dan Swan has over 12 years in the online industry and has a unique background in both IT Services and Digital Marketing.
Dan recently started ‘itch digital’ as an independent digital consultancy following his successes as General Manager of Hyro Digital (ASX: HYO). During his time at Hyro he successfully implemented several high profile cross-platform digital media projects such as AustralianIdol.com.au, BigBrother.com.au and on mobile m.news.com.au, foxtel.com.au/mobile. As a consistent, consecutive digital marketing award-winner and finalist, this year he has won Microsoft Innovation Partner or the Year and an Mobile Marketing Award for Most Creative Mobile Solution. Prior to Hyro he has worked on several digital campaigns such as Tourism Australia’s ‘wherethebloodyhellareyou.com’, VeryGoldCoast.com, Westpac and Sony Electronics Australia and so deep industry knowledge of online search marketing trends, insights and analytics.
Dan holds a Masters of Interactive Media from the University of Technology Sydney.

Greg Cromwell has been searching for the key to search engine success for over 10 years now. It all began back in 1998 with the launch of australianboot.com an online extension of a business Greg co-founded in the early 90’s. Since that time Greg has had hands on training working hard to optimize sites for his own stable of businesses as well as dozens of other online assignments including South African Airways. Greg’s search engine experience includes organising and presenting several search engine workshops across New South Wales for Austrade and DSRD. In 2004, Mr. Cromwell attended Search Engine Strategies Conference and Expo Toronto 2004, a first of its kind two day event. Greg’s entrepreneurial background enables him to conceptualise how to commercialise opportunities in search and social media marketing.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Public Administration from the University of Western Ontario and got a 68 on the google exam without studying.

Simon Elleway

For the past 5 years Simon has been living the dream of being found on-line. With a 100% on-line strategy and a thirst for ROI that you can photograph, he’s been living in the trenches fighting for results. Simon’s worked with a number of small-to-medium sized enterprises as well as credit unions and a number of service providers as they launch digital as part of their marketing mix.
Simon’s skills span digital strategy development, web site development and renovation, search campaigning, copy development and social media against a back drop of search engine optimization. Remote control analysis plays a big role in Simon’s ongoing business links across Australia and the US.
